OFFICIAL RULES OF AAA WESTERN AND CENTRAL NEW YORK'S EBIKE GIVEAWAY WITH BERT’S BIKES & FITNESS (the “PROMOTION”)
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Employees and their immediate families of AAA Western and Central New York, Inc. (“AAAWCNY”) are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.
2. Entrants can enter the Promotion via the AAA website (aaa.com), by filling out an online entry form. The Promotion will be advertised in all nine (9) participating Bert’s Bikes & Fitness retail store locations (listed below), via email, and on social media. Entries will be accepted from May 1, 2026 to May 15, 2026, exclusively online.
3. Only one entry may be filled out per person for the duration of the Promotion. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
4. Each entry is site specific. Entrants must choose one (1) Bert’s Bikes & Fitness location (listed below) on their entry form. Entrants may not submit more than one entry form or enter at more than one Bert’s Bikes location. Only one (1) winning entry per location will be awarded. The locations are:

- Henrietta, NY | 100 Jay Scutti Blvd.
- Lancaster, NY | 4871 Transit Rd.

5. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
6. Entrants are not required to be AAAWCNY members to participate. Entrants must reside in one of the following counties in New York: Allegany, Cattaraugus (not Conewango, Napoli, Randolph), Cayuga, Chautauqua (Arkwright, Dunkirk, Hanover, Pomfret, Portland, Ripley, Sheridan, Stockton, Westfield, Villenova), Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Jefferson, Lewis (Croghan, Denmark, Diana, Greig, Harrisburg, Lewis, Leyden, Lowville, Martinsburg, Montague, New Bremen, Osceola, Pinckney, Watson, West Turin), Livingston, Madison (not Brookfield), Monroe, Niagara (Lewiston, Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, Porter, the village of Sanborn, Wheatfield), Oneida (Annsville, Augusta, Ava, Camden, Florence, Floyd, Lee, Rome, Vernon, Verona, Western, Vienna, Westmoreland--part), Onondaga, Ontario, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, Yates.
7. The winning entries will be randomly selected via randomized name generator on May 18, 2026, and communicated to the winning entrants by May 20, 2026. Winners will be contacted by a representative from AAAWCNY by either telephone and/or email.
8. Entrants need not be present to win. AAAWCNY shall make one attempt to contact each of the winning entrants. In the event that a winning entrant does not respond, AAAWCNY may select an alternate winner. All decisions of AAAWCNY personnel regarding the picking of winners shall be final.
9. Each winning entry will receive one (1) ebike (brand selected by Bert’s Bikes & Fitness) (up to $1499.00 value), one (1) $100.00 gift card to Bert’s Bikes & Fitness, and one (1) safety helmet ($175.00 value), and one (1) set of racks, bags, water bottles, and cages (estimated value of up to $416.88) (the “Prize”). There will be a total of nine (9) Prizes drawn and awarded (one per location listed above). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Prize is allowed except at AAAWCNY’s sole discretion. The Prize or any portion of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another Prize. Unused components of the Prize have no redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
10. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.
11. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes on AAAWCNY’s social media channels, website, and other marketing materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
12.Entrants understand the following terms relative to the Prize:
a. Each winner is solely responsible for pick-up of the prize, in person at the assigned Berts Bike’s & Fitness location agreed upon in the entry form.
b. Transportation to claim prize is at Winner’s own expense and responsibility.
c. Each entry is site specific. Entrants must choose one (1) Bert’s Bikes & Fitness location on their entry form. Entrants may not submit more than one entry form or enter at more than one Bert’s Bike locations. Only one (1) winning entry per location will be awarded. The locations are:

13. AAAWCNY or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected online submissions or miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
14. This Promotion is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.
15. By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAAWCNY, including its directors, officers, employees, or subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the Promotion, AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion without notice to the entrants.
17. Entry into the Promotion does not create any vested right or interest for the participants in the Prize offered for the Promotion.
