Please take notice that the Annual Meeting of Members of AAA Western and Central New York (“AAA”) will be held on Monday, November 23, 2026, at 100 International Drive, Buffalo, New York, at 10:00 a.m. for the purpose of electing directors and for such other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Six candidates are to be elected directors. The following persons have been nominated to serve as directors for a three-year term:

• Martin K. Birmingham (Rochester) (term ending December 2029)
• Kimberly A. Boynton (Central) (term ending December 2029)
• Suzanne Chapman (Rochester) (term ending December 2029)
• Dottie E. Gallagher (Buffalo) (term ending December 2029)
• Richard Gold (Buffalo) (term ending December 2029)
• Scott Morris (Buffalo) (term ending December 2029)

Pursuant to Club Bylaws, any member wishing to bring business before the Annual Meeting is required to give written notice to the Secretary of AAA no later than Monday, November 16, 2026. Members may vote in person or by proxy. Proxy ballots are available at all offices of AAA.
