OFFICIAL RULES OF THE AAA WESTERN AND CENTRAL NEW YORK’S AUTOGRAPHED NHL JERSEY AND AAA MEMBERSHIP GIVEAWAY WITH THE BUFFALO SABRES (the “PROMOTION”)
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Employees and their immediate families of AAAWCNY are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family shall be defined as spouse and children.
2. Entrants can enter the Promotion via AAA Western and Central New York’s website (www.AAA.com/Giveaway), by filling out an online form. The Promotion will be advertised in the Sabres arena, via email, and on social media (Facebook: (@AAAWCNY), Instagram: (@aaa_wcny), X: (@AAA_WCNY), from Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 3:30pm (EST) and ends on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at 6:00pm (EST). Only one entry may be filled out per person for the duration of the Promotion. Valid contest entries must contain all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
4. Entrants are not required to be AAAWCNY members to participate. Entrants must reside in one of the following counties in New York: Allegany, Cattaraugus (not Conewango, Napoli, Randolph), Cayuga, Chautauqua (Arkwright, Dunkirk, Hanover, Pomfret, Portland, Ripley, Sheridan, Stockton, Westfield, Villenova), Cortland, Erie, Genesee, Jefferson, Lewis (Croghan, Denmark, Diana, Greig, Harrisburg, Lewis, Leyden, Lowville, Martinsburg, Montague, New Bremen, Osceola, Pinckney, Watson, West Turin), Livingston, Madison (not Brookfield), Monroe, Niagara (Lewiston, Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda, Porter, the village of Sanborn, Wheatfield), Oneida (Annsville, Augusta, Ava, Camden, Florence, Floyd, Lee, Rome, Vernon, Verona, Western, Vienna, Westmoreland--part), Onondaga, Ontario, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming, Yates.
5. The winning entry will be randomly selected via randomized name after the conclusion of the Second Period (2nd Period) of the Buffalo Sabres game on March 28, 2026. Winners will be contacted by a representative from AAAWCNY by either telephone and/or email during the Second Period (2nd Period) of the Buffalo Sabres game on March 28, 2026.
6. Entrants must be in attendance at the Buffalo Sabres game on March 28, 2026. All decisions of AAAWCNY personnel regarding the picking of winners shall be final.
7. The winning entry will receive one signed NHL Jersey and a one-year Basic Membership with AAA Western and Central New York. (prize package valued at up to $400) (the “Prize”). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for all or any portion of the Prize is allowed except at AAAWCNY’s sole discretion. The Prize or any portion of the Prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold, or exchanged for cash or another Prize. Unused components of the Prize have no
redeemable cash value. AAAWCNY reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any portion of the Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason.
8. Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the Prize.
9. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and any submitted content for promotional purposes on AAAWCNY’s social media channels, website, and other marketing materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Entrants understand the following terms relative to the Prize:
a. By winning the Prize, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, images, and Prize-related content for promotional purposes on AAAWCNY’s social media channels, website, and other marketing materials without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
b. The winner can pick up their prize at a AAA Western and Central New York Branch.
11. AAAWCNY or its agents are not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected online submissions or for miscommunications, misdirected transmissions, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.
12. This Promotion is void wherever restricted or prohibited by state or local laws.
13. By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAAWCNY, including its directors, officers, employees, or subsidiaries from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest.
14. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as planned, including any causes beyond the control of the administrators of the Promotion, AAAWCNY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion without notice to the entrants.
15. Entry into the Promotion does not create any vested rights or interest for the participants in the Prize offered for the Promotion.
